To maintain our market leader position, accelerate in a fast paced world and advance towards our ambitious goals, we are looking for a true star leader for the space of Commercial Vehicle Oil (CVO) & Industrial. This role reports to Vietnam Marketing Manager. In this role you will be the champion of: - Successfully delivery of Volume, Turnover, Gross Margin and Market Share targets in Power Brands in the assigned Spaces/Brands/Markets. - Contributing to the country strategy development for brands in line with global strategies to meet volume, turnover and gross margin targets. - Developing and implementing the Brand Media and Activation (including promotion) plans in country across all channels to finalize activation plans leveraging global programs. - Being accountable for the world-class execution of consumer marketing offers (Products, promotions and Communication) in market. - Leading country brands performance and the yearly marketing spends (ASP). - Being responsible for Pricing Management for brand variants based on pricing tools. - Building engagement and consensus from the Activation & Trade Managers to ensure appropriate inputs. - Closely cooperating and harmonizing with Sales team, as well as strong agency management for world-class implementation. - Being responsible for assumptions and V&Os management for the brands in the Lubricants Business Management process. - Strategizing and executing a detailed & structured approach through the embedding of appropriate elements and ensuring appropriate risk reviews are undertaken appropriately. - Fulfilling agreed specific Product Quality & Compliance accountabilities which apply to this role of Channel Marketing Manager, as part of the Auto Marketing role card. About you: 1. Educational background University degree in Marketing or related discipline 2. Experience - Substantial experience in Marketing esp. Brand Management at mastery level - Experience in B2B and B2C marketing activation - Experience in disciplined marketing campaign execution - Experience of working with agencies across multiple media channels and countries - Well-adapted to the way of working in a matrix organization - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proficient spoken & written Vietnamese & English is preferable - Lubricants experience desirable but not essential
