- University degree - Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director of manufacturing company/ FMCG. - Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions - Excellent health conditions and physical toughness to manage different sales category of staff and customers. - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Excellent verbal and written communications skills with management board as well as staff, customers. - Have the skills of aggressive sales attitude and skills, organization oversight, goal setting and execution, accurate internal reporting. - Experience and ability of control and re-organize the activities of sales channel, distributors to improve effectiveness.
