JOB REQUIREMENTS• Preferably holds a degree in a post- secondary discipline (e.g. associate degree, B.A etc.).
• At least 10 years experiences working in the shoe industry in a technical capacity
• (Strong understanding of footwear manufacturing including pattern-engineering,
• mold-making, grading, materials processing etc.).
• at least 6 years LEAN footwear implementation experiences
