Customer Service Associate wanted: techie, customer-oriented, amazing English skills. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Provide technical support and troubleshooting via email, live chat. Collect customer compliments and complaints, ensure resolution, documentation and follow up by communication with internal and external partners. Train, and develop Customer Service Team around the world (mainly in North America, EMEA and APAC regions).JOB REQUIREMENTS
WHAT WE NEED Must have Passion to deliver a world-class customer experience. Native or near-native English and strong Western cultural knowledge (IELTS 7.0 or above). Proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is a big plus. Experience interacting with customers in some capacity (either via phone, chat, in person, etc.). Technically savvy: comfortably navigate in a fast-paced, technical environment. Ability to sort out how the technology works when things go wrong.
