As one of VinID Team senior recruiters, you will manage a full cycle recruiting process to bring on the best and brightest marketing, operations and sales talent in each of our cities. You will build a robust pipeline by actively sourcing candidates, pitching the company, setting up interviews, and finalizing offers. The ideal candidate will guide candidates through the hiring process in a fast-paced startup environment with confidence and expertise. You are self-motivated, ambitious, creative, and committed to getting the job done. You are meticulous and organized in your approach, and are able to effectively work with hiring managers from multiple teams, in multiple cities without ever dropping the ball. Help us 2x-3x the size of the VinID in the next 12 months! What you‘ll be doing: Partner closely with the Hiring Managers to identify, build and execute effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and brightest marketing, operations and sales talent. Manage full cycle recruiting process for roles ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Demonstrate exceptional sourcing strategies and techniques to attract top talent. Screen candidates and coordinate team interviews. Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity while proactively sharing data-driven updates with key partners. Organize and attend career fairs and industry meetups.JOB REQUIREMENTS
What you‘ll need: 3+ years of fast-paced, high volume IT recruiting experience. Business acumen to confidently identify strong candidates. Strong searching skills, organizational abilities with high attention-to-detail. Strong oral and written communication skills. Driven with a "get it done" attitude. Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
