*Direct Supervisor : Owner Relation Manager (ORM) Summary of Position, Responsibility and Authority The Owner Relations Officer, together with Owner Relation Manager (ORM) are key points of contact for owners and is expected to build and maintain strong relationships as measured by the retention, profitability and guest satisfaction of their assigned portfolio. Develops strong relationships with owner by researching and understanding their business needs, responding to owner concerns and problems and acting as the liaison between the owner and internal departments Tasks and Responsibilities: • Assist ORM in communicating with owners/clients as a key person who frequently be contacted any time for any issues. • Composing letters, notice to owners relating to resort services and management regulation…etc) • Coordinate closely with other departments for work result when needed. • Assist ORM to inspect the villa with owner and Development team should requested and follow up with warranty request if the villa still available under warranty. • Handle reservation for owners in rental pool program • To work with Accounting Department for collecting utilities fee as well as M&M fees, follow up with outstanding payment from owners / clients case by case. • Handle and solve special requests and complaints. Report to ORM for guidance and advise where needed. • Prepare all the necessary documents for the rental pool operation: RP agreement, upgrade furniture package, rental pool report, liquidation and handover. • Work with Sales and Development team to prepare for villa handover procedure • Show villas for interesting tenants for long term lease, work with owners to get document/agreement signed and complete the villa handover with tenant. • Assist owners/ tenants for any queries and requirement where possible. • Attend meetings with Clients/Owners when required, give report to ORM and related team and follow up with clients for feedback. • Handle Key request and access permission from owners for Contractor, supplier and cleaner and inform related department accordingly. • Perform other duties as maybe assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent customer service. • Excellent communication skill. • Problem solving and organizational abilities. • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Power Point, Outlook. • Good Writing and Speaking English skills. • 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
