• Understand Business Units’ personnel requirements, plan and organise recruitment activities for diverse positions; • Recruit, coach, and manage recruitment team as well as tools, channels used for recruitment; • Control recruitment resources & budgeting; • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives; • Be able to attract candidates using various sources, conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting tool/method selection to filter ideal candidates within the job requirement; • Collaborate with other functions & research candidate insight to improve recruitment activities, enhance candidate experience; • Build and deploy talent acquisition strategies and campaigns; • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated; • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the manager.JOB REQUIREMENTS
• At least 5 commercial years of experience in internal recruitment/headhunting service. Prior leadership experience is a plus; • Strong experience in recruiting business/analytic/management positions in ecommerce industry; • Hold degree in Human Resource Management/Business Management or other related fields; • Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese plus strong interpersonal skills; • Proactive and able to work under pressure; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise workloads & manage multiple requests and relationships internally and externally; • Be able to work in a start-up environment with initiatives to find problems and solve them.
