1. Responsible for social recruitment and campus recruitment related activities to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly quota; 2. Monthly payroll report update, including collecting new hire information, payroll coordination with vendors and etc. 3. Responsible for team building activity, including update team building cost record and arrange and organizing team buildings; 4. Responsible for monthly reimbursement, including checking and approving the local team’s reimbursement in the system, reimbursing office expenses and etc. 5. Responsible for updating monthly office budget; 6. Responsible for renting, arrange payment and maintenance the office and apartment; 7. Other ad hoc tasks, such as local insurance purchase, coordination between local team and HQ and etc.JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. No requirements on discipline. An interest in electronics products. Fluent in English or Chinese. 2. At least 2 years HR work experience (especially recruitment) in relevant industries such as IT/electronics, preferably in MNCs. 3. Exceptional communication skills. Work well under pressure. Willingness to travel. 60% in HCMC and 40% in Ha Noi.
