Key Account Management: (English Chinese Mandarin HSK 6 Taiwanese) - Manage and grow the business with key account, including developing multilevel relationship with key stakeholders; identifying new business opportunities, conducting commercial negotiations and sales activities to secure business results. Sales Management: - Define and achieve annual budgeted sales and business plan. Build up project pipeline for sustainable future business growth. - Conducts studies and analysis on market trend, competitors, products’ applications and technology and provides appropriate market strategies. - Update frequent reports in a timely manner including actual sales, sale forecast, market trends, competitor’s activities, new customers, and new investments. - Leads customer events such as Seminar, Technology Day and Technical Workshop for strategic customers to generate new business opportunities. - Prepare monthly sales planning, customer demand. Work closely with Customer Service and Supply Chain team to make sure smoothly goods delivery to customers. - Coordinate with EHS team to organize safety training to target customers. - Strengthen strong relationship with target customers. - Follow all BASF policies and procedures. Business Development: - Strategically identify newly target customers to grow business. - Develop new sales with new product portfolio with target customers - Develop a plan, ensure plan is adopted by relevant strategic business units. Manage relationships with target customers. Credit Management: - Ensure credit management in alignment to company’s guideline and risk management - Monitor the business growth of the customers, review and coordinate with credit control team to make appropriate credit recommendations for customers. - Follow-up on payment collections and ensure on-time payment from the customers.JOB REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business. • Minimum 8 years experiences in sales, preferably in chemical industry. • Demonstrated experience in business development and account management; preferably in related industry. • Demonstrated success in achieving/exceeding sales targets. • Strong commercial business acumen. Proven negotiation skills. • Strong networking and relationship-building skills. • Skills and experiences in collaborating and networking in matrix and multi-cultural environment. • Fluent English, Chinese and Vietnamese in writing and speaking. • Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SAP an advantage.
