1. To handle technical or infrastructure duties 2. Provide pre-sales consultation and after sales technical support 3. To assists customer inquiries and provide technical solutions 4. Support sales in meeting to provide technical expertise based on customers and partners (System Integrators and Distributors) requirements 5. Work closely with the Sales team to ensure successful completion of sales process and customer solutions are effectively delivered 6. To analyse/troubleshooting to resolves hardware and networking issue 7. Communicate with staff/clients through a series of channel, either face to face or telephone to set up systems and resolve issues 8. To troubleshooting system/network problems and diagnose & solve hardware/software issues 9. Provide support on documentation and reports 10. To explore new products/new technologies and develop training slides 11. Other duties or projects will be assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Certificate in IT/ Computer Engineering - 1-2 years working experience in technical support - Knowledge of IT networking technologies and various operating system setup & configurations - Posses skills in ADSL / VDSL / Cable Modems / GPON / 3G/4G / WiFi / IP Cameras / Ethernet Switching / Firewall / Unified Wired and Wifi - Having CCNA and CCNP certification is preferred - Candidate must be able to work independently, take self-initiative to explore and learn new products, come out with feasible solutions and be flexible of the job assigned - knowledge on Routers, IP cameras, network storage and other networking devices - Excellence communication skills & interpersonal skills - Able to work under pressure to meet deadline - Independent and self-motivated - Good command of oral and written English.
