Task 1: - Manage activities and take responsibility for the work of team members - Manage and efficiently use the department's human resources - Develop and execute departmental strategies - Train for the organizations and employees to comply with local laws, client standards and ISO / CTPAT standards Task 2: - Maintain the compliance of the local law and customer’s code of conduct about labor and HSE - Responsible for factory assessment results of social responsibility and environmental health safety - Conduct periodical internal audit and propose solutions to improve, overcome and prevent. - Responsible for official customer, third-party audits; make improvements plan and implementation - Developing, implementing and monitoring the customer’s project, ISO/CTPAT systems Task 3: - Maintain good relationships with customers, partners and related agencies - Build and execute CSR projects according to customer requirements and company strategy Task 4: - Working with Customers, Government and Related organizations on compliance, health and safety, environment, energy,… Task 5: - Building up the safety culture for all employees. - Guide the workflow to ensure that stakeholders comply with regulations to ensure occupational safety and health and minimize negative impacts on the environment - An accident/incident investigation, identify the cause & preventive remedy plan. Task 6 : - Research, propose and implement initiatives and have a significant positive impact on the community and environment in order to enhance the company’s reputation - Develop, implement sustainable improvement programs related to saving electricity and water,greenhouse gas emissions, waste reduction, wastewater reduction and wastewater quality improvement; Monitoring the progress of programs; regularly assessing results against initial targets and preparing related progress reports for management Task 7: - Managing the subcontractors (related to products) to comply with customer requirements and local social responsibility regulations.JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate from university on Labor protection, Environment, Human resource management, Labor relations and Laws or have strong knowledge and experience in Safety/ Environment /Social Accountability/ Management system ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 45001 and C-TPAT. - Understanding of relevant local laws. - 05 years experienced in similar position.
