1. Scope of work: As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for fulﬁll the need from internal departments to support the operation requirement. To manage the procurement process/procedure and supply base efﬁciently and effectively. Also, develop strong relationships with other functional departments and suppliers/vendors. To develop integrated purchasing strategies that support organizational strategies, goals and objectives. Last but not least, to ensure the company asset management. 2. Roles & Responsibilities: - Assign staff and control PR/PO to purchase the goods and services at the right price, right source and right quantity and quality to supply the need of end user. - Identify the opportunities and manage internal operations to achieve the objectives: manage the procurement staffs, develop and maintain procurement procedure, introduce and leverage the system, provide professional training and growth potential to staff. - To evaluate the vendors in terms of cost, quantity and customer services, solve the incurred problems/conflicts, build the healthy vendor source, identify new potential suppliers and develop the relationship with existing vendors and all potential vendors. - Monitoring, understanding the supply market and trends and interpreting the impact of these trends on company strategies. - Supporting the organizers need for a diverse and globally competitive supply base. - Discussing and ﬁnalizing Media Agencies with Marketing to choose the appropriate agencies at the best strategy plan and quotation. - Follow up with Marketing team in implementing stage to evaluate the Agencies’ performance and quality until liquidation - Response and report weekly/monthly/yearly directly to BOD for internal purchasing, cost and quality control, and asset management. - Develop and modify currents SOP to select yearly approved suppliers. - Organize a yearly or half-yearly meeting with approved suppliers and select suitable approved suppliers for the following years. - Managing operation budgets according to BCC. - Other tasks are assigned from time to time by the BOD.JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in BA, Economic or Marketing. - Good understanding of Trading and Commercial, Marketing ( ATL, BTL) and Asset Management. - A minimum of 03 years in same roles. - Good both spoken and written English & native Vietnamese. - Strong interpersonal, consultative and negotiation skills, can communicate effectively at all levels. - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. - Having appropriate leadership behavior. People oriented and result driven. - Being conﬁdent in working independently and under high pressure.
